理佛

The fundamental or intrinsic Buddha, i.e. the (sa) dharmakāya; also the Tiantai doctrine of Buddha as immanent in all beings, even those of the three lowest orders; which doctrine is also called [lang id =1028]素法身 the plain, or undeveloped (sa) dharmakāya.

１．法身的別名。 佛三身中報化二佛為事佛， 法身佛為理佛。 ２．指天台宗所立六即佛中之理即佛。 一切眾生皆具佛性， 與佛無異， 是為理佛， 又名素法身， 即僅有法身之理體而無功德莊嚴之義。
